Paying a mortgage

All true but given the spreads between old HIBOR mortgages and what is currently being offered, I would not expect the banks to be willing to extend the term of an outstanding mortgage on the original terms.


If anyone hears otherwise, please post - I'd love to be able to reschedule my existing mortgages for longer terms without paying higher interest.
