Editing in Hong Kong

Hi all


I've recently gotten a job editing for an academic at HKU and am currently in the process of deciding on what I should be paid.


As an example of my workload I just edited a 3000 word literary piece for a journal, which took about 6 hours (English is not my employers first language).


Does anybody have any ideas or indications on what I should expect?
