Hi,
Need advice. My lease expired on Jan 13th, met with the lanlord, gave him back the keys and he wrote for us a 54k two months deposit back cheque.
He asked us not to cash the cheque until 2 weeks later. Then he called us again and asked for 2 more weeks. We said again ok, but then at his 3rd request we said no more. We deposited the cheque and bounced back no funds.
He is not answering our calls or the ones from the property agent.
What should we do?
