Does anyone have any comment for apartments called The latitude (San Po Kong) or Aria(Choi Hung)? They are both about 2yrs old and has great facilities. We are considering to rent one of them. Of course a real estate agent says only good things about places, so if you can share any experience living there (especially negative ones) that would be helpful. Thanks.

That might be my biggest concern.
I think it was built by SHKP, so the quality should be good.

We are currently living in Clearwater Bay, so commuting is actually better in those places.

We looked at Latitide, and regard it as being in: "an unattractive area to move through."
But it may be an attractive building TO LIVE IN, given the SHKP design.
The need to commute by bus was a turn-off for us. We like having a 7-miunte MTR ride to central - from Olympic
Can I ask what sort of rent you will be paying (per sf, if you don't want to give me that actual figure.) ?
