Buying a share in a building

Yes Softy, there are a huge amount of office buildings that have individual owners. Go look at an example at www.primeoffice.com.hk Just did search of offices under 6000 SQF and there are 440 hits. Here an example 1003sqf in B of A tower 28m. The only reason I know is I have been looking for a new office to lease and about 1/2 of what I looked at was not single landlord for the whole building.
