Company formation in Hong Kong

My nationality is Indian. I want to open a company in HONGKONG. However I got to understand that it was possible for the nonresident or non citizen to open a company in hong kong but nowadays it is not. Whether is it true. If no can somebody suggest me a procedure to open a company in HONGKONG.

As a non resident of HK, you are allowed to register a business in HK. But that does not mean you can work for that business in HK right away. You will need a Visa for staying in HK and working for the company you registered.
