Can anyone recommend a decent real estate agent in Tai Wai area? Went out there today and pretty must wasted all afternoon being taken to see properties that were not what I asked for. I just want an estate agent who will actually listen to what I want.....if I say 3 bedrooms don't take me to see one with a "great kitchen" but only two bedrooms.
My budget is modest so I know if might be difficult but I want to live in a village house or villa. Am over high rise living altogether.
Also, I know prices are up at the moment and people are saying rents will drop but I see no indication of this. Anyone more switched into the market who could tell me which way rents are heading?

Can't reccommend anyone. Just hope to get a better one next time you go, and make yourself clear before viewing flats.
Rents will be going higher I think. Prices have gone higher so investors will try to recoup their investments. You will do the same (hike rental price) if you're the investor.

first of all i must tell u that agents showing u some properties different than your criteria is becaue 1. they don't understand what u r saying and more likely 2. most of the time they couldn't get you sth 100% fit u, so they show u what they have on hand without concerning all of ur criteria... simply give u a suggestion: u may tell them what your pripority is such as 3 bdrm is a must but view is not the most important...
i know some ppl especially the local villagers there, if u want u can give me some criteria and let me see if anyone can find u a home ^^
