Property in 2013 - Forecasts

===========

I interested in hearing people's views on Property, in Hong Kong and elsewhere for the new year about to begin.

I also noticed that the SCMP is offering a free Report:

"Forecasting the Property Climate for 2013"

You can register at:

http://promotions.scmp.com/outlook

If there are few comments here, I will comment on what is in the report, when I have a chance to see it.

WHAT DOES THE DATA SHOW ??

========

The increase for 2012 (year to date) was big, about 20%

but so was the increase in rents (maybe 18%?)

The other thing for 2013 was that cheaper properties tended to rise more in price than expensive ones...
