I am going to start my business for EVOO. Would you please advise whether Spanish or Italian EVOO is more favouriate in Hong Kong? Also, which package (0.25ml, 0.5ml, 0.75ml or 1L TIN) is the most acceptable ?

I read an article recently which said Italy actually buys olive oil from Spain, to boost its supplies to bottle,so I should imagine that it would be cheaper to buy direct from Spain, and also help the Spanish economy, which needs a boost.
If you are thinking of using it for a restaurant, then buy pre packaged in 'one person' servings, as I read it is becoming 'illegal to put a large bottle on the table for multi customer use, as it gets contaminated by flies, and also bugs from too many people handling the larger bottle.
