Hi there. I just want to do my part in informing the good people of this forum.
I'm moving out out of Caineway Mansion because the apartments there are dreadfully noisy. Especially the ones from 5th floor or below, sice it used to be a school, so there's very poor soundproofing bretween apartments both next to each other and below/above.
And the Ladies at 4B wear the hardest shoes available in the market. I mean, if they wore horseshoes it would be a step down from the current noise.
My honest advice is stay away.

ok, so now I would like to add something: YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE apartment 3B.
Not only is the apartment noisy with an idiot for an upstairs neighbour, but the landlord is dishonest. Actually the landlord is a fund, so that's the worst kind.
