Very few sellers of individual flats.
Mostly, they are sold as whole buildings, since The Management Company is so important to success

I've seen hotel rooms sold to individuals but maintained under a single management contract... Karma Kandara and I believe Anantara in Bali are just a couple like this...
Ovolo is the only serviced apartment that I have seen selling strata title... I wonder if these apartments sold out?
