Hi,
Can anyone advise how to go about breaking a lease before the contract ends? I really like my owner of the place & they have been very helpful but the apartment is very small for us. It's a 2 bed room & we are 5 of us. My husband got this thinking it was just for him & for us to visit for 2 weeks on & off but due to circumstances we all have moved to HK now. But unfortunately, there is 6 months to go for the contact to finish but I am going insane in the small place. Any advise?

:) you are funny. I know what you mean. I have been looking & finally landed on something I really like & the price seems as if it might work out but I feel really terrible. This is the first one that seems to fit with everything like it's quite near to one of the schools ( 5 mins walk) & for the other one's school bus will stop right at the door. When the last one starts next Sep she will also go to the same school as the other one so it's very convenient. It feels too good & I am so nervous that I won't get it if I don't do this breaking the lease properly.
