I'm trying to find a small apartment/studio for a 3 month lease but have no idea how to find something like that. That would be preferably in Tung Chung. When I ask the real estate agents, they are not really interested and not really helpful. Do you how I could handle that? Thanks in advance for your help!

just for a change, i am scouting around for a new place to stay.
- budget $5k or less/month
- can definitely commit till mid 2012.
- preferably within a half-hour commute to wanchai during peak hour traffic, although i'm also open to staying in a village house or in the outlying islands.
- preferably a fully furnished studio with mini kitchen, ensuite bathroom and washing machine. no cleaning required.
- if it's a flatshare, i would prefer non-smoking female flatmates. more than happy to live with your pets.
- i'm open to shorter-term house/pet-sitting arrangements
