Hi all,
is anyone familair with owning a boat in Aberdeen?
I've done some research but also have gotten conflictin ginfo from SCMP. One article stated swing mooring can not be sold.
But I've also seen on the website of a popular boat seller in HK, that they can be....
And another article elsewhere says all moorings technically belong to Marine Department which leases them out. In which case can the lease be revoked by them. Or can the current owner continue the lease as long as they wanted?
Also if I have a private tender is there anywhere it can be parked when going ahore? I don't mind renting a space for the tender to be chained up on the shore side.
