Anyone knows about Malaysia market? My husband and me has spent our holiday in Kuala Lumpur last year and we love there! We were introduced by local agent about the 10 years visa plan, it sounds interesting though... It seems it is a good place for retire and the property price has been stable.
Anyway, my local friend introduce me the Ritz Carlton residence, it is only USD800 psf, before that we would like to know more about Kuala Lumpur market, please share with us.
