Hey there,
I would to know peoples opinion if its better to start a investment business in hk or singapore? (both places atleast 4 full time staff would be hired) also is it easy for foreigners to come under 'entrepreneurship' visa with this kind of business

what sort of investment is this? long term linked insurance? in HK there is SFC that needs to license you for the activities and they are tough with their due diligence process. Last heard Singapore monetary authority is strict as well.
And to start off you need to prove your financial strength. If you have enough financial backing, then its a matter of researching the market that has more clients & business viability. I know a friend who specializes in advising companies and individuals on market entry, could pass on the info if interested.
