Does anyone have any information on the location and time scale for the proposed Aberdeen MTR? I'm not referring to the new South East line that goes to Ap lei Chau, but the longer term South West island MTR line that is shown to service pokfulam, cyberport and Aberdeen. I can find official HKgov plan/map showing the route of the line but hardly any info on:
(1) where the Aberdeen MTR station/exits will be located?
(2) date of completion?
any help much appreciated.

i see nothing on the MTR website about this line. some of the 'proposed' extensions in government publications are simply that....not definite projects that have been approved/financed as yet...there is speculation on wikipedia that the 8km section connecting West Island (University) and South Island (Wong Chuk Hang)lines including an Aberdeen Station, wouldn't be completed before 2020...
