Im looking for short term mortgages, or other financial mechanism that I can take out to purchase a UK property, with the intention of renovating and selling on. Does anyone here know of any HK based banks that would offer such a facility at reasonable rates? I do intend to repeat this model, twice or three times per year, hence the loan term will only be around 4-6months. The loan size would be in the order of 300K GBP.

Why would a bank want to go the trouble of providing you with a mortgage for 4-6 months? I'm sure there would be penalty if you repaid in such a short time. How much cash do you have a deposit?
