Need advice on divorce and dependent visa

(1) The visa stamped in the passport will be effective until its expiry. (It seems like there's no mechanism to rigidly apply "sponsorship" terms when changes happens in the future, e.g. divorce).

(2) As far as I know, there's no quota on dependents. You can have your wife, children(below 18), and parents (over 65). I think all you need is to show you can provide for them (food, clothing, shelter).

(3) No visa, no stay.

(4) If you're not divorced (or have not applied for divorce) before application of extension, what is there to declare?

I'm no immigration expert, but I hope these ideas help.
