private spy pictures hold any weight in divorce HKG courts?

we married in HKG 10 years ago and have 2 young children who l look after. can a divorce be filed without me having to share any of my assets? I do have significantly more assets than the man I married. Indeed many had warned me of marrying him. He is not working has no property, lives off me. I pay him an income every month. I own a couple of properties which are let out and work in a bank. Does private spy photos showing him entering into dodgy establishments around HKG, dating young women in restaurants hold any value in the divorce courts in HKG? He was caught doing this in the past and apologised. Its obvious he wont change. My assets would be safe from this unfaithful man if divorce proceedings are to be finalised?

is it true that even if l file for divorce under the following grounds: Adultery (no photographic or video evidence other than walking into establishments offring this), Unreasonable Behaviour, and have the media evidence of dating men, l wold still have to pay maintenance / alimony correct? l have 4 properties under my name, would l be expected to give her half of them, even though pictures and videos and behaviours from her show 'unreasonable behaviour'?
