The Winfield Building Building

The Winfield building development (1-5 Ventris Road) is comprised of 3 blocks, A - C. Blocks A & B, which were originally government owned, were acquired by (the developer) Nan Fung in 2013 and have subsequently been renovated then sold or leased. Block C was not owned by the government and has a history of individual/ private ownership. Despite this unique structure, all three blocks comprise The Winfield building. They share the same communal facilities, main entrance and parking structure.
