This is a great fully furnished studio that has only just been completely refurbished with over 300,000HKD worth of work from all new electrics and plumbing, to brand new appliances, and built to order furniture. Only took a week to rent out, and is a great investment.
Even in this dire rental market it rented very quickly on a long term (2 year with a 1 year break plus one months notice) at 7,500hkd a month, and in better times will achieve up to 13,000 - 14,000 a month based on similar units which would give well over 7-8% yields. Also with the University MTR due to come in 2012 this will only become a more desirable unit, and already being just off Hollywood road gives it great location.
