  This is a 56ft Live-Aboard fiberglass junk, with fantastic views. It has two separate bedrooms, the one in the front with 2 x double beds and one huge bedroom in the stern (back) with a King size bed. All utilities (Electricity/Water) are included in the rental fee. The boat is not mobile - she's attached to shore power/water/phone etc..
The boat has been my office/houseboat whilst I'm in HK - I ran a marine engineering business for many years from it. It's perfectly comfortable, but basic in a "bachelor man" fashion - you may shudder, but a little bit of polishing and the boat is very nice. She has direct hook-up to HK water/electric/broadband/cable TV and reverse-cycle aircons - in fact she is better equipped than most flats in HK and certainly more spacious than many. As the boat is tied up to the shore, access is easy. Why live in a matchbox in midlevels? - you are welcome to come and have a look...
