Sea view from the living room balcony and both bedrooms. Expat decorated. Built in wardrobe in master bedroom. Washing machine and fridge included. Modern bathroom with proper bath and decent shower water pressure. Apart from those listed, the Clubhouse also includes piano rooms, AV room, snooker room (great condition, full size slate bed), ballet rooms and reading room with daily newspapers and magazines. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained with friendly management (one of the main reasons we are sad to leave). Taxis and minibus to IFC beside the building, whilst all other major routes are serviced by buses less than 1 minutes walk away. Great for family or professional. Very reluctant to leave but the family is getting bigger.
Direct expat owned flat so no nasty agents commission to pay.
