There is also a seven eleven at bottom of building complex with dry cleaning/ laundrette but we also have a washing machine. The flat is fully furnished and has tv/dvd player/vcr/broadband tv and internet. The kitchen has all the plates cooking ware microwave vacuum cleaner oven etc. available at your disposition.
The flat is conveniently located in Lai King where the Tung Chung and Tsuen Wan MTR lines cross. It is about 25min to central door to door.
We are preferably looking for a female tenant that will stay long term (about a year). You would be sharing the second bathroom with a French/Thai girl it has large marble sink, large mirror and a bathtub/shower the other flat mates have a bathroom of their own.
