Seeking ONE SINGLE to share this flat. You have your private small bedroom, all other rooms are shared. You MUST be a non-smoker, non-drug user, non-alcoholic, clean, tidy, & English-speaker. MINIMUM ONE-WEEK CHARGE (THE FIRST WEEKLY RATE IF STAY LESS THAN ONE WEEK).
Weekly rate: $160 per day in winter, $180 per day in summer.
Bi-weekly rate: $150 per day in winter, $170 per day in summer.
Tri-weekly rate: $140 per day in winter, $160 per day in summer.
Monthly rate: (average $129/$133 per day) $4,000 per month in winter,
(Average $148/$153 per day) $4,600 per month in summer.
Optional choice: Daily prorating rate after first weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly or monthly rate. Security deposit: weekly, bi-weekly & tri-weekly rates $1000. Monthly is $2,000 security deposit and two weeks move out notice in advance. All rates are in HK dollars include all utilities (gas, water, electric, air conditioner) & computer Internet service provide (you will need your Wifi for your PC).
Car park available & over 10 restaurants all in 2-3 minutes walking distance. Convenient public transportation, daily mini bus every 5 minutes & double Decker from this area to Rail station (20 -30 minutes ride). Single deck Express is also available on weekends & holiday. Shutter (Express /Coach) run from Monday -Saturday (non stop) to/from Hong Kong Island, Causeway Bay (Groster Road), Wanchai (China Resource Building), Admiralty(Admiralty Centre) & Central (Queen's Road & Lane Crawford Department Store), takes about 40-50 minutes one way.
