BIZOU American Brasserie, a winning combination of classic American cuisine paired with great American wines, features a distinctly seasonal ethos and an honest menu loaded with all-American favourites. Diners can expect to find fresh and seasonal ingredients that come together to create a flavor harmony of sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami in each and every dish on the BIZOU menu.
 
Nestled in the front entrance to the iconic Pacific Place shopping complex in Admiralty, Bizou is perfectly located for shoppers, business guests or visitors from the surrounding hotels. Head Chef Duilio Desimoni, from Argentina, draws on his extensive experience to introduce all-time American favourites to the table at Bizou.
 
Stand out starters on the menu include Boston Style Crab Cake, breaded and pan fried with roasted pepper sauce (HKD188); Grilled Octopus with soft orange cream and crispy beetroot(HKD188); and Pan Fried King Prawns with Potato Rosti, Fresh Mustard and Chimichurri Sauce ($188).
 
 
Chef Duilio has poured his experience into producing flavourful salads that have both that soft and crunchy textures including the Mint Jalapeño Kale Caesar with toasted breadcrumbs, Pecorino cheese and green chili(HKD128); and the Classic Caesar Salad generously seasoned with garlic croutons(HKD118).
 
Mains are divided into four main categories to please even the most discerning diner: red meat, chicken, fish and pasta. Featuring the headline main courses is the ample selection of great American steaks that include Filet, New York Strip, Ribeye and Porterhouse, all cooked to a sizzling tenderness.

The diversity of wines introduces some of America’s finest along with choices from some of the world’s finest vineyards.
 
 
The cocktail selection presents some masterly concoctions, especially designed to tickle the taste buds. Designed by Neri & Hu Design, one of the world’s most prolific and awarded designers, BIZOU American Brasserie exudes comfort and class in walnut-wood coloured interiors, dark furniture, marble tabletops and sectioned seating that offers comfortable intimacy.
 
With 130 seats on the ground level of Pacific Place, BIZOU will be the ideal place fora casual lunch meeting, shopping break or cocktails followed by dinner with friends in the hub of Admiralty.
