Kind family of 4 looking for a helper

We are family of four - husband, wife, sweet toddler boy, and grandfather. We value a happy home life and want whomever joins our home to be happy as well. We are kind and respectful to each other and would like someone who values that as well. We value open communication and trust both ways. The helper who join us will be a partner in keeping the home and family taken care of. Work will include grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry and childcare primarily. Nice to have - is if you know south asian cooking, but if not it's okay, as long as you are willing to learn.
