Responsibilities:
- Understand customers feedback and complaints on using digital products, and verify their feedback and complaints in testing environment
- Identify defects and work with technical teams to provide solutions of defects on various channels such as Internet Banking (Cyberbanking for BEA), Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, Automated Teller Machine (“ATMâ€) and Digital Branches, etc.
- Define the acceptance criteria and prepare testing data
- Liaise with related departments to resolve defects
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
Requirements:
- University graduate with a relevant degree and area of studies
- Preferable 3-5 years experience in banking sector covering the following:
- 1-3 years' of experience in User Acceptance Test (“UATâ€) position
- Good understanding in retail banking products and services
- Sound knowledge in retail banking operations, procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Able to lead a team to ensure the service quality
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
