Job responsibilities:
- To manage the compliance risk arising from digital and strategic initiatives of the business
- To keep updated the most updated regulatory developments that might impact the digital initiatives and recommend the necessary changes of the process or policies
- To assist on enhancing the compliance framework to manage the compliance risk arising from digital or strategic initiatives
- Prepare the relevant compliance report to the senior management
- Collaborate with the team to develop the compliance monitoring program by conducting data analysis
- Act as the key person to use different data analytics tools to monitor the compliance risks
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics, or a related field
- Sound knowledge of compliance, IT audit and data analytics techniques
- Relevant working experience in legal/compliance/ audit/ internal controls-related area in the financial services sector. Big 4 candidates/consultancy background candidates will also be considered
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong analytical abilities and good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
