Responsibilities
- Provide administration & secretarial support to Mortgage Direct Sales Team including new join / transfer / exit staff.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to set up standard office equipment, telephone, computer system, security cards, mobile SIM card, name card for new join / transfer staff.
- Coordinate exit logistics arrangements with relevant departments to terminate & return standard office equipment, telephone, computer system, security cards, mobile SIM card, name card etc.
- Maintenance of calendar, meeting schedules & leave record.
- Perform administrative duties such as business, travel expenses claims & reporting
- Mortgage Sales Support including:
- coordinate mortgage sales reports and meeting minutes;
- support calls operating when sales are out of office;
- help to contact & inform related sales on any urgent business matters;
- support tracking of approval status and forward to related parties to follow up when necessary;
- support tracking of application file flow between related departments;
- support documentation flow of account opening & mortgage after-sales service requests between departments.
Requirements
- Secondary education or above.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in administrative and operation support preferably in mortgage field.
- General knowledge of banking products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
