Role Overview:
As the Merchant Business Head, your primary objective will be to lead the department in achieving business targets and service standards defined in KPIs.
Develop and implement merchant acquiring policies.
Determine and maintain effective pricing strategies based on market conditions.
Formulate long-term and short-term sales plans.
Identify joint promotion opportunities with merchants.
Ideal Profile:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of respective areas/functions.
Familiarity with relevant banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
