Responsibilities

  • Assist Section Head of investment Products Management to drive retail investment revenue growth under Personal Banking Division (“PBD”), BEA Hong Kong (“BEAHK”).  Support business and marketing activities on investment products (include Unit Trusts, Bonds, Structured Products, Treasury and FX products). Ensure all initiatives are in compliance with the Banks internal process and procedures, as well as the latest guidelines from regulators in Hong Kong and the Mainland
  • Handle investment related projects, in particular digital programs, online activities for local and cross-border retail customers
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and propose necessary initiatives to maintain the Bankss market competitiveness in terms of product, channel delivery and customer experience
  • Enhance customer-centric digital journey for investment account activation, reactivation and penetration
  • Work closely with frontlines and other stakeholders on execution, monitoring and evaluation of business programs from time to time to achieve the planned business goals
  • Perform timely business analytics for identifying trends and triggers to facilitate ongoing refinement of strategies, programs and initiatives as well as exploring business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and proper governance on investment products delivery (include Risk Assessment/Profiling Questionnaire, suitability assessment, distribution of investment products through digital channels, customer journey of vulnerable customers, etc.)
  • Comply with all applicable policies, rules, guidelines and regulations prescribed by regulators in Hong Kong and the Mainland as well as the Bank

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector or financial industry, preferably in handling business and digital channel activities on wealth management products management, segment management, business management, product marketing, or distribution and sales support management
  • Solid experience in retails investment products management, which includes product development and/or delivery, investment product compliance, project management, distribution in banking or financial services industry, with a strong track record on business performance
  • Competent knowledge of retail banks wealth management products & services
  • A team player with strong ownership, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; strong command of written and verbal English and Chinese
  • Independent, self-motivated and good problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
