Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with latest technology studying and prepare relevant presentation
- Analyse user and system requirements, and conduct detailed design & architecture
- Assist with functional reviews and acceptance testing during the software development lifecycle
- Work closely with project team to draft prototype, screen flows, project documentation, and maintain consistent business communication with end user
- Assist project activities (e.g. arrangement of meeting & minutes taking, follow up the project documentation sign-off, and project filing, etc).
- Assist update of detailed project plans, including definition of milestones and deliveries to bring projects from initiation to delivery.
- Assist discussion for the technical solution and operational flow for the new initiation.
- Assist reporting of project progress, cost, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support the preparation and completion of project documentation according to the approved project management guideline.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate or 3rd year Undergraduate student in Information Technology, Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
- Strong IT background with experience and good programming skills preferred
- Broad general knowledge, high versatility and good analytical ability
- A team player with a “can do†attitude
- Quick learner and adopt new changes
- Self-started and independent thinker
- Strong interest in technology and doing hands-on work
- Attention to details and being able to put on customers lens when defining the customer journey
- Positive thinking and willing to take up assigned tasks
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
