As a Business Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Prospect major local accounts and gather consultancy requirements
- Build the portfolio through the development of close relationships with clients
- Hire and coordinate a team of specialized IT consultants
- Interview candidates and recruit new employees
- Prepare technical / functional / HR interviews with candidates (coaching)
- Write management proposals and maintain close contracts directly with customers
- Manage partnerships with software vendors
- Manage the practice's growth with current but also new customers
- Negotiate price grids and master agreements in order to be listed as preferred suppliers
- Follow up on existing customers
