About the Role

To compile and prepare agency related reports so as to maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality information for agency management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Build reports, visualizations, and dashboards to optimally communicate data insights to collaborators
  • Support department administration and operation, agency engagement and communication effectiveness by agency process optimization
  • Maintaining department governance is following with SOP standard
  • Communicate and co-operate with difference departments for administration tasks
  • Develop and maintain automated scripts or utilize Power Platform tools to streamline the process of data requirement identification, collection, execution, and distribution
  • Collaborate with different agent business units to analyse and interpret sophisticated data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive agent and business growth
Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business or relevant quantitative field
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environment
Specific Skills
  • Proven experience in administration in insurance industry or banking industry; experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar is an advantage
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Office Script) and/or automation tools (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate) is highly desirable
