Our subsidiary company is looking for a high calibre to join with our Company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle travel arrangement, accommodation booking and expense reimbursement
- Handle the overall administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, facilities management, fixed assets procurement and management
- Manage and communicate with internal and external parties for providing maintenance/repair/renovation services
- Responsible for inventory control, such as stationery, equipment, etc
- May require to provide administrative supports including venue set-up, photo and video shooting, etc
- Handle ad hoc project as required
- Require outdoor job if necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 3-5 years of administrative experience or related background
- Diligent, willing to learn and highly flexible
- Able to work independently. Well organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, positive and can-do attitude; self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficiency in typing both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook)
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferable.
