Bachelor degree with relevant disciplines
At least 15 years' experience in banking business with solid knowledge in accounting principles, bank's financial statement analysis, operations, systems, security and treasury
Proven track record in team management with strong leadership, coaching and team building skills
Passionate about advocating changes in order to achieve efficiency and maximise the productivity of the business
Proficient in English and Cantonese, good interpersonal and communication skills with different levels of stakeholders
Solid knowledge in overall banking business and regulations
Good analytical and problem solving, decision making, planning and organization skills
Good time management and project management skills
