Roles and Responsibilities: Closing process enhancement project (100%) - Monitor the overall project status and provide solutions for new process design, ensuring efficient and effective implementation.
- Review user acceptance tests for new system design, development, and system enhancements, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Plan the project schedule meticulously to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Provide support to other project teams, collaborating with stakeholders to promote cross-functional cooperation and successful project outcomes.
- Complete assigned tasks with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ensure project results are delivered within agreed timelines, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with other departments and teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration to achieve project success.
Minimum Job Requirements: - Hold a university degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Membership in a recognized professional accounting body is required.
- Possess solid knowledge and experience in IFRS 17 accounting standards.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing for effective identification and resolution of project-related challenges.
- Proficiency in Excel functions, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Exhibit excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese languages.
- Solid knowledge for SUN and AS400 is preferable.
