About the Role

As a team member of shareholder reporting team, to assist in the closing process enhancement project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Closing process enhancement project (100%)
  • Monitor the overall project status and provide solutions for new process design, ensuring efficient and effective implementation.
  • Review user acceptance tests for new system design, development, and system enhancements, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Plan the project schedule meticulously to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
  • Provide support to other project teams, collaborating with stakeholders to promote cross-functional cooperation and successful project outcomes.
  • Complete assigned tasks with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Ensure project results are delivered within agreed timelines, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with other departments and teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration to achieve project success.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Hold a university degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Membership in a recognized professional accounting body is required.
  • Possess solid knowledge and experience in IFRS 17 accounting standards.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing for effective identification and resolution of project-related challenges.
  • Proficiency in Excel functions, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Exhibit excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese languages.
  • Solid knowledge for SUN and AS400 is preferable.
