Key Accountabilities:
- Foster organisational learning culture by providing more effective learning solutions & opportunities through various channels
- Design, develop and facilitate in-house training programmes e.g. Staff Orientation Programme
- Craft the learning plan and calendar by business partnering with BU/SU to fully understand the learning needs and gaps
- Formulate training and development strategies to enhance overall staff quality so as to maintain high level of professionalism and competency
- Initiate training policy, conduct training need analysis and develop training plan to meet the training and development needs of the Banks business initiatives and individual employee
- Identify, assess and prioritise all short term and long term development needs of employees for the development and implementation of training plan to support the business objectives.
- Screen and approve/reject external training/tuition reimbursement applications to ensure the program is cost effective and implemented in line with the Tuition Aid Policy.
- Design, implement and review the Development Curriculum to identify and develop improvement plan and career development plan for the key work groups
- Plan, arrange and monitor the continuous professional training programs for all registered licensed staff for ensuring that the Bank fulfil the related regulatory requirements
- Partner and support control function to deploy learning programmes to meet legislative requirements
- Identify and recommend external vendors on specialised learning programmes
- Ensure the timely and accurate production of training records and statistics to facilitate the preparation of employees training plans
- Partner with China Citic Bank on design and implementation of the learning exchange programmes
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related discipline.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in training coordination/administration, preferably in banking industry/financial institution.
- Knowledge and experience in planning training activities in the Banking Industry.
- Sound understanding of regulatory requirements for training relating to job competencies, compliance, risk or IT security etc.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
