Roles and Responsibilities: - Handle and manage documents filing/ records
- Data input for recruitment application data
- Prepare and arrange regular recruitment related document delivery to relevant agency/ departments
- Support in department's process simplification/ automation projects
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
Minimum Job Requirements: - University students major in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Passionate to explore the insurance business
- Good analytical skills and attentive to details
- Good problem solving, organizing as well as interpersonal and communication skills
- A good teammate, enthusiastic and pursue for excellence
