Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a project management role, specifically managing and leading large-scale ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP solutions, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP ERP, etc.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing the deployment and testing of ERP systems.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of testers.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Good-to-have:

  • Experience in Oracle system deployment is a big plus.
  • Experience in test automation is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and report status to business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
