Business Analyst/Project Manager - Fixed Income (Leading Investment Bank)

Responsibilities

• Focuses on collaborative projects involving various technology groups, including development, infrastructure technology, technology security risk, and technology governance teams.
• Managing regional initiatives and providing project management support to the business, including conducting analysis and feasibility studies for potential projects.
• Working closely with business, development, technology, and technology risk managers to oversee and monitor the progress of technology initiatives.
• Collaborating with other technology departments, operations, finance, and risk teams to coordinate testing and deployment activities.
• Assisting in managing the workflow and facilitating prioritization in accordance with current supply and demand.
• Ensuring adherence to regional project and risk governance processes while providing assistance and support.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in Fixed Income business within an investment bank.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create tailored and accurate written content.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Solid project management experience, particularly in IT-related projects, with proficiency in MS-Project, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills.
