About The Role
- Serve as a key liaison between the Bank's business units and the IT team to gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate the delivery of IT solutions that support the bank's private equity and wealth management operations.
- Manage IT-related projects, including the implementation and administration of the bank's private equity management software and other core banking systems, to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the bank's business units as well as external technology vendors to enable effective collaboration and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst or project management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
