Responsibilities:
- Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Contribute to the creation of financial statements, management reports, and various ad-hoc analyses.
- Engage in the annual budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations, ideally within the investment management or professional services sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and the use of Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification is preferred
