Fund Distribution Sales (Multi- Family Office)

• Responsible for building out the fund distribution business with a focus on Intermediaries channel in Greater China
• Work closely with sales team to identify client opportunities, execute client and business development plans and contribute to raising capital
• Deepen relationships with existing Intermediaries and institutions and expand new relationships with prospect Intermediaries and institutions. 
• Independently handle throughout the sales process from early-stage engagements, addressing prospect RFI & RFP, investor due diligence, onboarding and liaising with internal stakeholders
• Assist on the planning, management and execution of fundraising roadshows, marketing campaigns and client events
• Maintain key client database, background and contact information via CRM systems and regularly update senior management with opportunities/issues

Requirements:

• At least 7+ years of experience working with Intermediaries and Private Banking channels in a similar capacity, with prior experience in covering HK and Taiwanese markets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin fluency)
• Holders of SFC Licenses Type 1 and 4 are preferred.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated and independent with strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge on financial products and investment are critical for this role
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
