HR C&B, Associate to VP

A leading Chinese Investment Bank is looking to hire a HR with strong C&B background. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required.

Salary: Negotiable

  • Manage full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF, overtime allowances, annual tax returns, leave administration, benefits administration, employee termination, final payment reports and other C&B related matters
  • Provide strategic advice and assist department head to drive and implement C&B cycles - reviewing and enhancing the incentive/bonus scheme, performing the annual salary review, promotion, salary survey, grading structure review, headcount planning and budgeting, etc
  • Assist to formulate, review and implement C&B related policies and strategies from time to time
  • Compile HR reports on a regular basis for management review
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
