Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across all business units.
- Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to operations and IT.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the company's operations and IT functions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage and develop talent within the operations and IT departments.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations and IT management within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the company's operations and IT functions.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; Cantonese is preferred but not required.
