Settlement Manager

Settlement Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of daily settlement processes. This includes leading a small team, investigating and resolving any discrepancies that may arise, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: HK$35k - HK$45k

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team focusing on Institutional and HNW clients' transactions;
  • Monitor daily settlement process, and make sure it is executed in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Provide professional support to clients and internal parties to resolve issues come across during transactions;
  • Participate in system development projects, UAT;
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferred experience in products such as FICC, Fund, Structured Products, and Derivatives.
  • 2 years of leading a team, candidates with less managerial experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and settlement systems.
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
