Qualifications

We expect you to have:
  • 5+ years professional experience in the banking and capital market industry.
  • Experience within transformation / change functions in FS institutions - IB, Wholesale banks, private banks.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience delivering and managing complex transformation programs.
  • Successful track record of implementing business/ tech solutions
  • Leading workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Working with Accenture Client Account Leads to create opportunities and solutions for our clients.
  • Customer facing skills that will allow you to drive discussions with senior stakeholders, regarding decision making, risk management, cost - benefit analysis, concise issue articulation / resolution.
  • Commercial mind-set to provide best value for money to the client - by optimizing the delivery governance, team setup, architectural decisions, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in applying principles and patterns.
  • An ability to think strategically about business, delivery, and client challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving technology landscape.
